Caries affects people at any age. It is a cause of suffering of both children and adults. Untreated may lead to loss of a tooth and cause many serious diseases. Caries is caused, among others, by harmful bacteria, improper diet, negligence in oral hygiene.
Early diagnosed caries does not require the use of a drill. In those cases we use special re-mineralising formulas that stop progression of the condition. In more advanced cases the treatment is also painless, due to the use of appropriate local anaesthetics.
In DENS offices we use the most modern materials for filling defects (that is treatment of caries). Their principal advantages are:
